Martin Mere

We had a wonderful day on our trip to Martin Mere. The children started the day full of enthusiasm and were so excited to go on the coach. When we arrived at Martin Mere we learned all about wetlands and why they are useful. We then went onto our activities for the day; pond dipping, minibeast hunting and building a nest for a baby swan. We loved looking at the otters and the flamingos and finished the day having a lovely time in the play area.
We were all very tired when we arrived back at school but we had a brilliant day!
